Dr. Joshi Detox Day 7

Breakfast:  the usual!

Lunch:
Chicken breast
Brown Rice
Sweet Potato Kale Bites (leftover)

Snack:
Carrots
Banana

Dinner:

2 small corn tortillas (they are gluten free!)
then i chopped up red onion and lettuce
heated up some leftover black beans from the sweet potato kale bites
chopped up a left over piece of chicken
and mixed up some yogurt & cumin, and assembled little tacos.

And - 1 week down!
